Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision
Coaching and Professional Supervision: Sustaining leadership, growth and wellbeing.
Utilizing my coaching and supervision skills and tools I seek to support growth and sustainability in leaders. By using powerful conversations I partner with clients to draw out insights, to reach goals and develop leadership skills in the process.
I am a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with the International Coach Federation and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics. As a coach I bring added coaching expertise in: Intercultural Competency coaching; Group Coaching; Coaching Through Transitions; Mentor Coaching; and Coaching and Professional Supervision.
I also bring life experience in cross-cultural living and leadership, a nursing background, national leadership of a Mission Organization/NFP for 9 years, and in local church leadership (I am an ordained Presbyterian minister with senior leadership experience). While most of my coaching is with senior leaders my particular interest is in journeying with younger people as they grow in leadership.

Professional and Coaching Supervision
I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision which equips me to offer a safe, non-judgmental and positive space for you to debrief and to learn and grow both personally and professionally. I take a Transformative and Reflective posture in both my Coaching and Professional Supervision. (Please contact me for my Professional Supervision Disclosure Document),
This space is also offered to coaches as a “collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients,” (https://coachingfederation.org › coaching-supervision).
Personal Coaching
I offer personalised sessions to address whatever your need is. My clients talk of my positivity and encouragement as they grow forwards. I offer discount packages for those wanting to try coaching out.
Mentor Coaching
I also thoroughly enjoy collaborating with coaches to grow their confidence and expertise and to prepare them for credentialling. Mentor Coaching can happen in a group or individually. Contact me to ask about what you are needing. For group Mentor Coaching see below for when the next cohort begins.
